"A little insane" is an understatement. Unfortunately, Itachi did contribute to Deidara's insanity (their first fight that got him into the Akatsuki in the first place). Hmm, a chapter focusing on this issue would not be a bad idea. It could help Deidara get past his grudges against Itachi and eventually help him realize that not all Uchihas are what he thinks they are.
