It is nice to Crocodile to actually be nice in this. This was fun to read, and I felt for Zoro in the beginning. Great chapter!

Oh I love Zoro; it's really interesting to see how he ended up in the neighborhood! It's also really nice that he's - to a large extent - immune to most of the HOA nonsense thanks to the grandfathering clauses! Very clever!

I love this story, it is funny and you write the characters really well. I also love the blooming friendship between Zoro and Sanji. And you definitely write the story of a perverted, creepy female (Bethany). This is fun!

I laughed so hard during the last two chapters :') The debate in chapter 8 was so fun to read, and Luffy with the TP-ing of Spanda's house was awesome! That guy's a genius (well, a kinda dumb genius but still XD)
