But I can't how in Sam Houston's name did you miss the fact that she would have a tough time being in britain- a place that if her father is at WAR with, let alone the fact that she shouldn't be comfortable enough about modern society to understand what an internet connection is.

Nice but I really don't think most of the kids at hogwarts would know who George Washington is/was, Because the UK doesn't really care much about the Revolutionary war, and Given the Pureblood Ignorance of Muggle Culture, Then again, It was just one person saying "Washington, as in George Washington"

Very nice, Athena feels a bit Mary Sue-ish, with her magic and wealth and her always being in control of the situation but except for that, it's great, I love it! She starts cursing people a bit quick though, maybe have Ron unknowingly insult them a bit before Athena makes him tap-dance, and Malfoy scorning their magical abilities or something, Athena could probably outwit him pretty quickly and not have to resort to spells.

I just realised, if they "took the lot" when buying candy, what about the other students?
