oh my gosh. This whole thing is probably going to make me cry at some point. Which, by the way, I applaud you for, because normally when I read I have trouble getting caught up in the sadness of the characters.

Great chapter, as always. The flashbacks I love (of COURSE, it's Clint backstory, what's not to love), and for some reason the mental image of the "rapidly balding" doctor was very amusing to me.

Umm, I think I need to go read or watch something funny to cheer me up. Thanks for the warning at the top, great chapter. It really provoked emotion from me (and other than laughing, I normally don't react much to stories.), and I really could feel the characters sadness and pain through the words. Poor Laura and Nate!
