I love having Shirou and Taylor together! They are both such distorted characters, psychologically damaged by past traumas and subversive foreign influences. Shirou's distortions are well documented throughout Type Moon canon works. It's fascinating to see how deeply Taylor shows similar distortions, such as immediately considering lobotomizing or dismembering the Butcher. At some point I'd love to see a scene with Rin and Lisa sitting down to discuss the proper care and handling of well-meaning but terrifying psychopaths with superpowers.
