It's hard to accept what has happened in your life, as try to pretend to be someone else by not breaking down to these situations. As you finally understand when it's too hard for you, your real self is coming out to show real loss. You will eventually have to overcome what has happened in order to move on and live happily as you face your struggles, knowing that your loved one can rest in peace with you being safe and sound. This experience is scary for me to think that grandma is gone but she is, I have to accept that she is gone forever even though it's hard and difficult for me.
