U kno i kinda had a feeling about ho-oh appearing at the end... This fic is awesome enough for me to fantasise about it... And then it happened ho-oh appeared... its amazing good job

I'm happy to say that I'm about to give this entire story a second read. This was the first fanfic I ever read. I think I read this at the tail end of 2016/beginning of 2017. I think I've forgotten enough of what all goes on in this story to be able to almost experience it again for the first time. I'm not trying to say that it's forgettable, I've just had a lot going on in life, and I've read so many stories on here that a lot I've details have slipped my mind. I do remember this being AMAZING though. This isn't really a review, I just wanted you to know that I've stuck around through this, and both Lumiose University stories, and that I can't wait to start reading this again. This story had me on the edge of my seat the whole time, the tension, drama, suspense and excitement (dabbled in with some humour) blended for the possibly the greatest story on this site, you made something to be proud of

i think you are bashing or hating clemont too much in the first five chapters, he is a good guy really.

holy shit I cant believe ash is dead

I've been reading this story for the past few weeks, and I loved almost all of it. It was a wild and amazing ride from beginning to the end.

At first, I wasn't very excitede with Ash and Serena splitting up for obvious reasons (though I didn't hate Palermo despite being the catalyst for this), but you ended making a masterful use of "absence makes the heart grow fonder" saying, gvien that not only it felt really cathartic when they reunited again, but they also learned how important they are for each other.

I also loved how you brought back all of Ash's previous traveling companions (sans Max) plus Gary. I really liked the way you write Dawn, and how she supported Ash emotionally after the temporary break up. And honestly, I was very glad that you decided not to go with the love triangle route with neither Ash nor Serena. I wouldn't have added anything of value to the story.

And past traveling companions weren't the only ones who came back. I loved how you brought back most of Ash's past pokemon, including those he released, such as Pidgeot, Buterfree and Primeape. Pidgeot specially, given that Ash released it just when he reached its full potential, and never came back. Though, I was a bit disappointed that you didn't evolve some of Ash's mons still in the initial stages, like Squirtle or Gible, given that you did have Serena's Braixed evolve into Delphox.

It always leaves a bitter taste in my mouth when I see it on a fanfic, given that it was so close to being canon, but still I always enjoy when a writer rights the gigantic wrong that was Ash losing to Alain at the Kalos League finals.

Not much else to say, other than reiterating again the amazing job you did with this fanfic.

Reading through this fic again after a good year or two feels amazing, experiencing all this for a second time :D

Great story! I think you did amazing while writing this! And some moments you really crack me up, while some I was on the edge of my seat in excitement. Thank you for gracing the world with your wonderful story!

Ash doesn’t get angry this easily and at least in XYZ he wasn’t childish enough to let things continually beat him down, kind of OOC this chapter.
