i would love to see a pearl part 3, perhaps exploring rose's perspective of pearl's feelings, whether she was oblivious or not to them, and maybe the better times they shared, such as fusion and exploring what earth has to offer
also a greg part 2 and pink diamond part 2 would be awesome!

oh my god i was just hit with a wave of feels at the mentioning of 'sworn to the sword'
i haven't been reviewing other chapters (currently binge-reading this), but they're so engaging!
i'm loving the little tales between rose and her other gem counterparts, but i'm honestly starting to like the steven ones the best!
(never thought i'd admit that as the main reason i read this story was in anticipation of pearlrose feels)

Again, Steven, you of all people should know your mom was far from perfect, so ditch that self-loathing.

Seriously, though, I like that we've discovered Rose had a checkered past. Back in season one it seemed like we heard nothing but positives about her, so giving her some flaws makes her a much more three-dimensional character.

i just love how Steven Universe originally painted Rose Quartz as a great and loving leader, all right and no wrongs. Then it turns out she up and shattered her own Diamond and poofed Bismuth, hiding her away without their friends' knowledge, and who knows what she did? just... wow.

oh, you can almost FEEL Lapis' rage in this chapter, especially with the context via the show. ;o;
