If Zack does appear, he should have his Buster Sword on him. Cloud was carrying a Fusion Sword in Kingdom Hearts 2, so he should have given his weapon back to him during Sora's year long nap. *sigh* The lazy bum always finds some way to sleep on the job. He's totally hopeless without Kairi and Riku. Still, I think you should have Auron pop up regardless. Sora's party encounters a grown-up Zack shortly after arriving at the Olympus Coliseum, who joins them in interrogating Hades. When they find him, the Lord of the Dead is battling Auron, who refuses to cooperate.
