Ok, I just love this! I love the new, softer Arturia plus Shirou being sweet. Also, is the squirrel really Gwen? Because that one really stuck with me. I can totally picture Arthur from The Sword and the Stone as Saber and the squirrel really being Gwen, and messing with her for fun's sake xD

Awww, I can definitely see Saber feeling like this even though she is just incredibly awesome in so many ways. You would hope Avalon might take some pity on her and let her mature more lol.

Also, I played Fate/tiger colosseum series and apparently Artoria's relationship with Kiritsugu and Irisviel worked MUCH better when Shirou is around. Not to mention the jokes between the entire cast are great too, particularly between Irisviel, Hercules and Shirou. The realization of Irisviel upon knowing that Shirou is Kiritsugu's son due to Illya (and apparently inherited Kiritsugu's harem tendency) is amazingly hilarious.
Why the heck didn't anyone even think of translating it is really beyond me. There're some video translations of it in Youtube (particularly Artoria, Sakura and Rin's story), but it's really S-L-O-W.

Word of God said in the interview that Shirou and "that man" would never meet each other post-UBW route aside of that one exchange in anime epilogue. But honestly I think that's not the case in Fate route, especially if he relived the scenes similiar to what Archer had minus the contract. I always think he and Flat would be vitriolic best buds if they ever meet, much to Wizard Marshall's amusement and Rin/Luvia/El-Melloi II' dismay.

Anyway, Kid Gil would be another good candidate IMO just because while he's not a jerkass like his older self, he's still terrifying enough to make Shirou and Saber go "oh God oh God this kid is the real deal".

Shirou's Professor? Ah, so he was Waver / El-Melloi II's student, eh?
