This is a great story.

As some helpful advice, you may want to have Fire-type Pokemon have SolarBeam in their arsenal of moves, along with Sunny Day, as that gives access to five consecutive SolarBeam attacks, which comes in handy against Water and Rock-type Pokemon, as well as a boost to Fire-type moves like Overheat, which would weaken after each use, but with Sunny Day boosting its strength the move will cause massive damage to opponents.

Too bad this is get abandoned, and the author said to rewrite and after checking the profile. I see no rewrite of this. Such a shame. Yes, the MC is waay to strong to soon, but i guess it is what the majority of people that like this story are looking about. If the Author read this, please don't sell yourself short. The story is quite well written, besides most rewritten stories falling short on quality and quantity compared to their predecessor.

Ok first off! The Kyuubi is not strong enough to even destroy a planet. Stop overestimating Narutoverse like every other Kishimoto fanboy/girl

It is better to start him off with that one partner he just has from childhood and has been training with since then and then started catching new Pokémon that way he only has one strong Pokemon that he can use for emergency stuff and catch new ones while training them with the help of his "first" Pokémon (say it like that just in case you still give him a fresh starter Pokémon which please give him Bulbasaur)
