Uh I don't think humans can learn magic the way a monster could. I think someone with a yellow soul could shoot bullets normally...perhaps Alphys could've helped? That seems way more realistic. Besides, fire magic being taught to a CHILD by Toriel, who files down things a child wouldn't even touch to make them safe? After she won't even phone you anymore and has zero contact? EH. I guess Frisk getting a soul colour changing app from Alphys so they can have any type of soul would work better. Sorry, just seems kinda like you disregard a frickin awesome tool humans can use and replacing it with something monsters believe huamsn can't do,so wouldn't bother to train one in.
