Iuno, I feel that oc should be at least the gennin age and not any younger. The age you said she is, is way too young. Seeing as the 9 rookies are around 12 years old when they graduated. That would mean she's 3 years younger and not 1 and half year. Plus, there's no way the older men like kakashi would see her anything more than just a beautiful child.
