Aww, poor Hiashi! I kind of hope it didn't happen this way, but I could see this playing out all the same. Your story is very charming and well-written, just a minor correction that may have already been picked up, the 1st time Hinata talks about her sister her name is spelt 'Hinabi' instead of 'Hanabi'.

I really think this chapter is amazing because it was what reactions and internal activities I thought Hiashi would have when he heard about this marriage.
It is not surprising that Naruto acted quickly and planned the wedding before telling his future father-in-law, not surprising that Hinata nervously tried to be a glue between her father and boyfriend with her smiles, not surprising that Hiashi tried to defend his status and face as a father and the clan-head but always failed (with pleasure?)...
And to myself, all these "not surprising" fell into a category named "reasonable" that made the characters vivid and I was feeling like watching a real episode of Naruto TV shows (maybe they will do one like this in the end. haha~let's bet!).
Cannot wait for the next chapter!
