Ouch. It's definitely not a pretty death scene, but then again, death isn't usually pretty, is it? Well, this was pretty horrific and some of the details were a little stomach-turning, but some of the descriptions were beautiful in a haunting way. I'm wavering between feeling like there's something I want that's missing here and being completely captivated. In any case, it's very well-written and you did a good job. Poor Gray. And right after I made a horribly painful death scene for him too. Poor guy just can't catch a break, ha ha.

Anyway, congrats on your piece and I'm glad your surgery went well.

Gosh... these sentences, these words... (shudders) I think they will haunt me tonight. You've done a magnificent job here, and I, for the better lack of words, am just going try to digest this anxiety rolling around my stomach in me tonight. Marvelous job! It's short and perfectly haunting.
