I find this sudden enemy that managed to hack penny so perfectly before she even became something big, and then plant bombs all over atlas without her spotting a single thing wrong until its too late, all because she wanted to make a point and hurt a lot of people. For someone who could do so much damage while wanting to do that much damage yet comes out of no where to specifically target Penny, then why did this person not do this before? I mean Vale took an elaborate plan and stuff to take down, yet this enemy waltzed in and blew up a lot of lives while getting around an all knowing AI like it was nothing. With that much skill in hacking wouldn't they already have control over Atlas? It just feels like you made Penny too strong so you needed someone who had godlike hacking and timing skills to create drama and I understand the need for conflict in novels but I really am not feeling this one.

So I see we are using a reference to Person of Interest, and you are using her father and Ironwood to teach her as Finch did with the Machine. Now who will be her Reese, Fusco, Carter, and Shaw?
