You could take the easy route and have hyoudou be responsible for all of yuigahamas wardrobe failures while invisible, you could have the hard route were Serafall was the one to abduct issei because she finds hachiman interesting and doesn't want anyone to interfere with her source of entertainment/future pawn? Or the super hard route ophis senses the power of the void in hachiman thereby assumes he is her dad and thinks issei was a threat to him while stalking him from afar. Or the philosophical route were something geniune can't be wished for since it wouldn't be geniune if it granted trough magic since magic is conceptually fake and accepting hachimans wish erased issei from existence...
(I'd prefer a combination of the ophis and Serafall one...)
