Why do I feel like Spider-Man watching in the medical area becomes a punishment for doctors who say it's an easy job? Or just being jerks in general? Or maybe a key part to being an "official" SHIELD Doctor.
Now, odd idea, but does Peter know how to contact Deadpool, because I could see him offering to buy him tacos or something in exchange for escape and that in and of itself would be pure chaos.

Peter was on heavy mess when he revealed his identity. He can be panicky, then calm down when he realizes it's fine.
You can have Tony, Mr. I-Will-Learn-All-Your-Secrets-Because-I'm-Iron-Man-Stark, be irritated because some random Doctor learned the arachnid's identity before he did. A big blow considering they wanted him to be an Avenger.
Or perhaps Peter thinks he is recovered before the doctors give the okay and various heroes help keep him in the Med Bay?
All in all, it is up to you.
