So cute! The idea of Mike, Micky and Peter having to look after little Davy is adorable, I love it. I think this is the first de-aging Monkees story I've found, so kudos for creativity. I hope you continue!

I like the story. Honestly I didn't read the first page thingy because of the whole "against the rules" bit. To make the actual story more suspenseful, you can replace Chapter 1 with this Chapter 1 and remove Chapter 2 till you publish it. You'll get yelled at less and the reader will get to the story quicker.
