I always hoped the show would address something like this! Carl has been through so much (putting his mother down, sexual molestation, killing the boy in front of Hershel, putting down Shane, etc.).

Another beauty! You are killing me with these! I love them! Grimes family 2.0 is the best. Richonne is the best. I love that you write Rick with him being able to cry. It shows that he can still be a man and do what needs to be done, but also that he can cry. :)

Poor Carl. He's been through so much. So glad he had Michonne to give him that motherly love.

Excellent and moving one shot. I like the unique relationship between Carl and Michonne. I like a lot this family Grimes 2.0. They are perfect for the other one.

It's easy to forget the psychological effects of living in the ZA. Just because they are functioning doesn't mean they are ok. Thank you for shining a light on this very real issue.

Oh, my, oh, my! I'm sitting her in tears. Poor Carl! Who wouldn't have nightmares about having to kill your mom? He really has turned out better adjusted than a lot of TF. But thank God for Michonne who Rick and Carl love and lean on immensely. She is an oasis for both of them and will be the only mother that Judith will know. Their family is forged in things deeper than blood and why their bond is unbreakable. Great job:)

This was really good and really interesting, something that definitely the show should've expanded upon but they didn't. Can't wait to read more.
