Joss was a mean jerk. He got off on torturing his characters.
They were allowed happiness only to have it snatched away!
Accomplishments he turned around to hurt them.

Say if bringing Buffy back from death was so evil, why could Xander do it at the end of season one?

Joss wasn't a good writer, it was the actors who deserve most of the credit.

OH and why didn't Giles send Willow to the coven after the resouling curses?

Because at that point Magic wasn't a bad addictive thing.

Well done, tightly plotted, self consistent, works don't have much fanfiction.
It's only the stories with lots of flaws that get rewritten.
