Best Heathers fanfic ever. I love it

I’m rereading your fanfic now doing the social distancing thing and I’ve got lots of time on my hands. I still think this is the best Heathers fanfic ever. I hope you know how good it is.

Seventeen Trailer 2

Carol Lynn [voiceover]: Whatup seniors!

The pitch black screen cuts to Carol Lynn on a stand with a bullhorn while the senior class cheer in front of her

The class throw their work on a bonfire, cheering as they do so

Ben pours a beer from a keg and gives it to Heather Sawyer who downs it

Carol, Lexi and Heather walk the halls of Westerburg high school, they are clearly the leaders and they know it too

Lexi puts on her lipgloss in front of the bathroom mirror surrounded by admirers

Carol Lynn sips a frappuchino tossing her blonde hair over her shoulder, her makeup remains perfect throughout

Heather blows out the candles on a birthday cake, beaming as she does so

Carol Lynn and Ben dressed in stupid costumes down drinks like it's the only alcohol left on earth

Heather and Lexi who are dressed as Wonder Woman and Tinkerbell respectively look on

Heather walks down the school hallway when she notices something on the wall

Throughout the trailer so far an upbeat pop song has played

Now it stops.

On the wall there are three memorials

For Heather Chandler, Kurt Kelly and Ram Sweeney

An eerie tune starts to play

Someone pours a blue slushie from the 7-11 machine

We see the back of a blonde woman's head who is dressed in red [Jessica Chandler]

Someone pulls apart blue and black paper to reveal a copy of Moby Dick

We see Veronica Sawyer working at a desk gnawing on pate

Someone pulls a cigarette from a carton and uses a lighter

Heather walks crying in the rain when a car's headlights come upon her

She turns to see...

Veronica is getting plates from the cupboard when she hears a familiar voice behind her

JD: Hey Veronica

JD drinks a slushie while looking ominously through the 7-11 window

Veronica's eyes widen and she drops a plate onto the ground where it smashes into dozens of pieces

Heather bashes her head against the steering wheel of her car

Heather: Fuck me gently with a chainsaw

Veronica stares JD down at the dinner table while Heather and the Sawyers eat

Veronica [voiceover]: I don't know how you're even alive but leave me and my family the fuck alone

Heather sees the car she saw has JD in it

Then they're at the 7-11 and he's giving her a slushie which she sips gratefully

He pats her on the head in front of Veronica who looks like she wants to rip him into pieces

JD is now leaning in close to Veronica with a smirk on his face

JD: There is a bigger issue on our hands

Heather is standing in the lunchroom with her tray in her hands looking slightly lost [This is after she's fallen out of favor]

Lexi and several others facing off against Heather while the school looks on

Veronica turns to look at somebody with a red ribbon in her blonde hair apprehensively [Heather Chandler's ghost]

Heather closes down a computer with a look of contemplation and dawning horror on her face

Heather Macnamara West takes two pills from an M&M's container with her flavored mineral water

Phil stands in front of a camera

Phil: In 3. 2. 1.

Someone kicks a croquet ball with a mallet and the noise sounds like a gunshot

A new song starts to play as the following clips are shown

plate smashes onto the floor

A fist connects to a face [Ben's? Phil's?]

A semitruck collides with Heather's car

Heather Duke stares with her mouth wide open in shock at something

Scoreboard lights shut off [blink and you'll miss it moment seeing Ram and Kurts names]

Heather, JD and Phil stare from a dining table at someone whose arrived with Veronica [it's Big Bud but we can't see his face]

JD tosses a bomb fuse shaped stress ball from one hand to the other

JD: I'd do anything for Veronica and her family

Veronica and Heather are both seen running

JD walks slowly through a door

a gun is slowly lifted and fired

the title appears in blood red writing

Seventeen

We see the sign for Westerburg high school

Heather gets out of the car and looks up at it with an expression that says 'kill me now'

JD in the car behind her: [fake cheery voice] Have a good day sweetie!

Heather moodily drinks her blue slushie in response

Please make more chapters this is my favorite fanfic ever! Love the references! Keep up the good work!

Well, I think that Heather is being quite unfair to her mother. I mean, Veronica raised her for seventeen years. And Heather had everything she needed, including such things as Internet connection, mobile phones, etc. Veronica is good mother. I don't see any reason to blame her. Yes, she was hiding the fact that JD was Heather's father, but she literally thought he was dead... It's so unfair, I can't watch it without anger on Heather who betrayed her own mother... Still I wish this fanfic was completed... But it seems as if it is in stasis for some reason.

Oh god I hate myself so much for not checking if this fic was finished before I read it. God damn it. This is really good though, please finish it some day!

god, this story is fabulous. i almost feel like veronica is being villainized, though? like, jd was a literal psychopath who attempted to murder veronica, plus their whole school; like, it's insanely reasonable for veronica to not want him near heather. idk, maybe i'm reading too much into this, though. point is: great fic!
