So far I like you story... outside of the ridiculous and redundant Kamen Rider crap. They obviously have no point other than you just wanted to include them. Make a scene of what if all these fictional characters met and what would happen. And while this is fanfiction. At least make your story fit together. Not talk about one world the another then another and so on. There was literally NOTHING to point in ANY direction that made it seem like they had ANYTHING to do with your story.

i wonder what happens with naruto and if he can save tsunade.

*SIGH* another fucking non update update. Fuck it's getting to the point where i'm ready to start deleting every story on my list and just stop reading fanfiction since you authors don't seem to understand how to post an actual chapter update rather than just typing up some random bullshit that has nothing to do with the actual story or you go an put up some random bullshit 10k word excuse as to why it will take you x amount of time to put up another chapter when in the time it took to write that 10k word excuse you'd have been able to write a chapter

Great chapter and a great story. I liked the inclusion of Kagura. Actually, she's a character I forgot about. Anyways it was a very interesting that it was the Fire Lord that banished Naruto and that every other character are in character...As in Kakashi and Jiraiya not suddenly hating Naruto for example and I like that Sakura won't be one of the antagonists. I hope the others of the Konoha twelve are on Naruto's side as well.

I find it unlikely that Danzou would have used the Kotoamatsukami against Tsunade for the simple reason that in part one if he could of used it on her he would have. Even in Shippuden when Danzou presumably had better access to the jutsu, yet he still didn't use it on her. So there must've been a reason. That said it does add, but I just wish that Tsunade wasn't turned into Danzou's pawn and most likely be on the villain's side. Even if it was merely forced on her.

One last thing is I wonder if Kagura will be a part of Naruto's harem and who else you might added. Aso you might want to add Kaguya to the pairing bracket alongside Hinata. If Kaguya is still a part of Naruto harem of course. Anyways great chapter again and I'm looking forward to the next one.
