This is a nice little story. It has all the elements a good Ironside story needs and the characters fit this universe well.
One complaint, you could have made this story so much longer. There is a lot you can explore here and its fun to find good work to read.

Perhaps, Miller is a kind of a black sheep 1ST cousin to Detective Captain Bernard Miller of the NYPD 12TH Precinct on "BARNEY MILLER"? Good crossover potential there.

What a nice story. You had all my favorite characters in the story. Miller had a bad excuse for messing with the tire. How dumb!
