This story is great! Very well written and engaging. It had a nice tempo where it didn't seem to be going too fast or slow. And I really like the breaks between stories to get some small snatches of Qrow and Winter interacting. Also the characters aren't OOC at all! Overall I really enjoyed this story and hope that you may continue this story when you find the motivation to!

I like the setting you've set up here. You seem to be keeping true with the characters and are giving a very enjoyable story. I like the back and forth with the past and at he bar. It really keeps the storytelling aspect of it well. Keep up the good work! Can't wait for more!

I'll admit I came in to see the possibility of a Qrow and Winter paring but seeing more of his life is causing me to stay. Just from this chapter its amazing Qrow is as moral as we see him.

I like it. I'm sure Winter must be intellectual enough to be somewhat curious of Qrow's past, and this chapter basically follows on that.

The question would be WHY Winter was there... but it's fan fiction for a reason, right?
