Great chapter here... although I must say not every Knightmares of Britannia was created by Lloyd and the Gawain was not one of his creations either, there are some things we know to say the Gawain wasn't build by him:

* First off, the float system: when the Lancelot used it... well it ran out of energy quite early, like with one use. However the Gawain could maintain itself in the air by a long period of time without run out of energy.

* Second, Lloyd himself: He said "I wanted be the one who improved the Hadron Cannon!" when he saw the Gawain in battle for frist time. That allow us to know he never touched the Gawain before.

* And finaly, Schneizel: In Kamine Island he showed his Knightmare to Lloyd and asked him to improve his machine and fix the blooming effect that the Hadron Cannon had at that time.

Also, the only Knightmares which Lloyd and Cécile built were the Lancelot (Obviously) and its versions and successors: the Air Cavalry, the Conquista, the Vincent, the Grial, the Trial, the Frontier and the Albion.

They (mostly Cécile) worked on the Guren and improve it, building the SEITEN but it doesn't count 'cause the Guren already existed.

Other than that, the Rounds' KMFs were built by their own teams and conglomerates: The Tristan and its predecessor (the Bradford) were built by the Conglomerate Steiner Konzern, the Florence (Monica's KMF, by the way, she was the Knight of 12) was built based on an Alexander by the Toromo Agency.

Speaking of them, the Toromo Agency could be the ones who created the Gawain, the Galahad and the Gareth.
