as someone with two younger brothers and one older, they do seem awfully close. the age gaps are pretty large though in my own family.
siblings usually fight a lot if they're around the same age, i believe, but this is purely an observation of mine when looking at my younger brothers. the larger the age gap, the less fighting, the more teasing.
