I'd rather have no pairing as Ruby is meant to be Sasori-like and him having a relationship is about as likely as ME having one, though it would be fun to see Ruby affecting Pyrrha and Jaune's relationship by noticing how Jaune is denser than one of Ruby's dolls.
Oh, and great story, love it when crossovers do something OTHER than involving Sasuke, Naruto or Sakura.

If she's using a puppet body is it like sasori's being made into a puppet or like nagato controlling a false one from a distance? I could be wrong but the only other thing i can think of is that she made a false body transfered her soul in it and put the original in cold storage.

Glad to see this got reanimated. I think the most logical and satisfying match for Ruby would be Penny in this instance. The relationship doesn't even need to be physical, it probably even shouldn't be for that matter.
Neither of the two seem to be driven by physical attraction in the conventional sense, they are more likely to express fascination towards the other and curiosity of how they function. They aren't even really human at this point, so having a human like physical relationship doesn't make sense for them to even try.
I honestly don't even think either has the anatomy for it. An intellectual and emotional bond/relationship is what is needed there.

You should not have tagged Sasori as a character of he is not even going to be present in the story.

I can see Ruby with either Penny (for obvious reasons), Neo (where she is similar Deidara; with her using her semblance to stealthy place bombs in various locations), or both.
