please for the love of God expand on this. this could easily be a full story. not a long one, but something of the length of "dating what daddy hates" or "Beacon Civil War"

This was one hell of a curveball that you threw at the end. It started off like so many OP-Jaune fics and then shattered it at the very end. Great stuff!

It is a down right shame that this didn’t become a full story, it’s so funny and poor Weiss XD. But alas your schedule is full enough as it is.

I like this version of Jaune.

When I read the words dust specialist, I thought of strategically placed traps to buy time, careful planning to funnel the enemy or grimm into a certain place, and finally a perfectly considered and calculated dust mixture to land a decisive blow. Using dust as a main weapon would also be interesting, considering that it is a very limiting resource for a relatively poor hunter, such as Jaune, which makes ever battle, every spar, and every battle class have a cost for Jaune and forces him to carefully consider how much it is worth and how much of his dust a certain objective is worth.

I shouldn't have forgotten the "humor" tag. This looks like an experiment to see how many consecutive paragraphs you can write that have the word "explosion" in the first sentence.

This kind of comedy sounds quite fun, with Jaune being a walking bomb and everyone around him trying to contain him (except for Nora), a constant conflict between Jaune and Weiss, the former trying to get dust, the latter desperately scrambling to get anything explosive away from him.

Anyway, I had a blast, a shame you didn't make a full story out of this.

I giggled like an honest to goodness school girl. Nothing evens out a fight like high explosives indeed.

the concept for this story is so interesting and was executed well in a one-shot. i hope this gets a longer fic
