Small detail here, we wake with Anna, and we know even less than her, ¿why are they scrambling? Why is Nimitz in the (suppose) bridge with Elsa? ¿what is the danger? I like the start in the middle of action, but this gets a bit confusing.
What i can see is that Elsa is someone who cares, the most dangerous being in the word does not want to send people to their deaths.
And then, the battle rage, there is a point here, Elsa is a bit psychotic, not much, but as every intelligent being, she has fears, and can act irrationally.

But then, there is Anna, and Anna is the say of light that can light and give hope, be it in a cafeteria, in a dungeon, to a dragon, or to a cruiser.
Anna will never abandon Elsa.

I know, I know, this fic is really hard, you have to think like a admiral, a bomber pilot and a AI governing an aircraft carrier, I think your job here is good.

- The technician starts the show, secret rooms? Interesting! We will surely know what is in them in due time,
- What! There is something new here, Elsa did run from the future with a stolen device? More interesting!
- interesting the life of this Burr guy…

Dialogue between Elsa and Anna is … awkward, but Anna is a 1940 pilot and Elsa is an AI from the future with several severe issues, so… really this is not a “normal” dialogue, and nothing was wrong with it.

The history here is weird. The 19th amendment was passed in 1920, so why is Elsa asking for women to be able to vote in 1940? People overseas with the army couldn't vote until the 1980s (but logistics would probably be somewhat limiting anyway) and people under 18 couldn't until 1971, but neither of those have anything to do with gender.

Keep it up! :) love this and "Humanity's Faulty Memory". Elsa really needs to careful with what info she gives, people are lusting for her power, though I love the idea of a Rouge Elsa dominating the battlefield, maybe run for politics with Anna as her first lady hmm. Anyways keep up the great work, peace :D (sorry posted this review in your other story, I'm a dum dum :p)

Dialogue seemed fine to me.

I like the way this is going! Most of all I'm interested in the technical details of this Elsa super carrier ship. You mentioned 4 (what I think are) nuclear fusion reactors. That's a lot of power so no wonder she can pull off thirty knots so easily. I'm also interested in her armanents. You earlier mentioned something called a Phalanx which (think?) is an anti air weapon. In my opinion you should delve into the technical details a bit more as there is loads more you could include to add depth to your writing. In earlier chapters you tried to go for a frantic pace of writing (like an actual battle) but to me it was a bit confusing. Sorry!
One last thing, more of a request really, please give elsa a railgun. Something like a MAC out of the Halo universe (but scaled down, those things are massive). I'm not saying you should but PLEASE RAILGUNS ARE AWESOME. In this chapter Elsa mentions 'surprises'. I wonder what hidden functions she has! Smoke launchers? Flares? LAZER CANNONS? Who knows? I guess we'll see!
