WOW! SHOCKER!

Good chapter! I had tears when I saw what would happen to Johnny. I feel bad if that happened in the movie.

When your married your suppose to share the load I know Norman's tired from work but he helped make those kids he has to step up & be a father as well. Kids do remember who was being a parent & who wasn't as they get older Norman obviously wants to have his way & do his thing & simply let Rosita do all the work & not support her dreams. When I saw this movie I was like why did she marry this guy? He is not good enough for her.

This made me cry

I absolutely love the idea of Rosita and Johnny's dad being old friends, and I love even more that Johnny's going to be staying with her. I really liked the connection they had with each other in this story. I must say though, I found this whole last conversation really humorous. There's just something about the fact that Rosita's worried about Johnny and Ash having sex when Johnny seems to have no idea what she could possibly be talking about that I find really funny.

Technically she's only his guardian until he's a legal adult, which should be under a year if he's about to graduate high school.

I LOVED THIS SO MUCH! I was actually home on a sick day today, and this story REALLY cheered me up! I love the idea of Rosita taking Johnny in while his dad's at prison, and the character interactions were so realistic! REALLY GOOD JOB! I can't wait to read more! :D

A lot of stuff in this chapter; glad there was both some drama and humor, and that Johnny and Rosita made up in time for him to not be taken away by child services.
