This is a nice start to a story but as you said, building a world in Uganda would be tough to do. Personally, if it were my tale, I'd have them get on a plane, fly to Uganda, then fly to Alaska, or some place that would be easier to do, hire two tutors and wrap up your story in 3-5 chapters. Riddle could get hit with a piece of space debris and the UK could end up with Malfoy as MoM.

Well I’m sorry to hear that this won’t be continued. A good idea well executed.

I enjoyed this story but it was a bit of an abrupt ending. It needs another chapter and/or an epilogue, please.

Enjoyed this story! Loved how Hermione planned this all out, and got Harry to see that there were better options for them then to stay in a place where everyone was out to get them. Glad they got a response from a place that was willing to take them in and was not corrupt, and that they could take Sirius too. Really enjoyed seeing Harry shock both Dumbledore and the Ministry and ruin each of their plans, after the way they had been treating him. Liked the bit at the end when Hermione told him he'd found a way to get her to switch off her brain. :)

this needs an ending and an epilogue

Excellent story concept! I believe that you made an excellent call on ending your story when you did. Readers always ask for more but turning this fine short story into a novel-length tale would be a challenge.

I really like what you've written. It's a good concept, certainly different from what I've read before. I'm sad you won't continue it, particularly now that I'm so intrigued. Please reconsider expanding on this story - I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to read more!

I really want an epilogue, but that ending was precious. I don't know if having more would take away from that, but all-in-all this is an excellent short story I tremendously enjoyed reading.
