This was a very interesting story. I enjoyed reading about your Inquisitor's adventures and loved how you also brought in the Hero of Ferelden, Zevran, and Fenris. I also greatly enjoyed how throughout the piece there were a variety of point of view changes and dated backstory. Both of those helped establish the world this story takes place in. You did a wonderful job with setting that up throughout the piece. I also enjoyed how you wrote Tabris and Hawke. Both we very interesting and enjoyable to read and I'm glad to find that you have written more for these characters. The bits of backstory just made me want to know more. In all honesty I think my favorite part about this work is how you changed things from the original while still referencing many parts of it.

The romance took more time in this and it was paced differently than most other stories. The events of the Winter Palace and Adamant Fortress also happened earlier than expected. It was a nice change and allowed other things to take center stage during the relationship.

One thing that truly surprised me was that there were parts from Samson's pov, including backstory. That's not something I have come across in my reading before and thought it was a nice addition. Usually stories like this only follow the main characters views so it was a welcome change to see things from unexpected sources.

Over all I found this piece well written, interesting, and original. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more of your works for this world.

I like your story very much. Cecily is indeed different to most of the other inquisitors (in other stories). Also the ending feels round to me. What I miss in the most stories is the setting around the couple. Friends like Dorian or Sera that are teasing the others and similar things. You got that covered up. Great story!
