Hello! I don't know if I said this before but nice story!

I was wondering though, when will the story continue? Like, the timeskip I mean. Though I'm pretty sure there won't be any time skip since its already been, what, almost a year since Karmen has been freeing slaves and such.

Of course, not that I don't like reading whatever Karmen has been doing for the past few months. I'm just curious is all. It's nice seeing her become strong. Along with Pierce. And speaking of Pierce, I hope he comes along with the journey. It would be cool to see him fight alongside Karmen in the New World. That and I'm also curious as to what the crews' reactions would be to meeting Pierce.

Though, I have no idea if you'd read this, but whatever I guess. Again, nice story! Keep up the great work!

I got pretty emotional reading this, particularly as the three couriers described how they were sent to that awful basement, and how their captain died. The Heralder's final goodbye was also touching.

Let me also say that I loved her WWSD moment. The fact that her memory sync wasn't enough to make the food as yummy as Sanji's also made me happy. It's nice to see limits to what she is capable of.

How about get Franky to make cybernetic eyes for Pierce?

Phew! Had to hold my breath through most of that chapter! Karmen was really stretched to her limits here, and the suspense was awesome! Looking forward to meeting this sensible female marine again!

How much time had passed in the time-skip?

Julimes, Julimes, Julimes. You really brought that one on yourself, didn't you? Well, I guess Aladine is having you spy so really it couldn't be helped. It's always a pleasure seeing Karmen at work on her poisons and things. Her fighting style and weapons development are part of what makes her such an interesting character.

On another note, I went to an aquarium with my boys today. I saw what a mermaid's purse looks like for the first time and thought of this story. Oh, and touched a ray. :)

I LOVE this chapter. It may just be my favorite. Seeing everything from Tuna's perspective was so interesting and adorable. I certainly hope his answers to "Suspicious Fish" don't cause problems.

I like how this short arc was basically Willow's redemption arc but she's not fully redeemed. She's beginning to see things differently, but at the same time knows that she's too far gone to fully change. She seems to have realized the horrors of what she's done and realized just how much Karmen hates her and to me, regrets not being there for her 'daughter' more than she was.
I like how she'd begun not feeling sadistic joy in killing people anymore, and how she's making minor changes to her own life. Learning how to be a person but at the same time still retain her cruel and sadistic sides.

I forgotten about this story, so it took me a while to reread this whole thing; just so that I can remember the gist of it. It's really interesting, but in my opinion Pierce is being a bit too pushy and obsessive with Karmen and is she going to ally with the Revolutionaries.

Apologies that it took me a while to get to this. I've started NaNoWriMo and it's taking a good portion of my free time.

Love where this is all headed. I also love how Karmen is bolstered by the image of Luffy and the rest of the crew. I'm so ready for her to kick Ikaika's butt in this complex chess match they have going on.

Also, at this rate she is going to have a whole army of sea Kings loyal to her. I love it!
