So Dan definitely has some strong opinions. Godric is beyond intrigued by her and can't decide if that's a good thing or not. I like this story, I really do but the grammar is pretty bad so maybe think of getting a beta?

To literally throw your legs over your shoulders would be in the very least painful, and literally very painfully. Luckily it's a figure of speech, to paint an event a certain way, in this case hurry, and isn't to be taken literally.
I would suggest finding a beta, it would do some good.

I am liking Dan's personality, it's so brash and real. She's aware of her flaws and her strengths. I really can't wait to see more interaction between her and Godric. He really has this warped view on how he has to atone for his past crimes and it'll be fascinating to see how Dan might make him see things differently.

I am beyond intrigued by Dan as a character. Especially since she was able to make Godric so intrigued and feel alive again. Can't wait to read more!

So this first chapter is fantastic! I really hope you continue with this story because Dan seems like a truly interesting girl and Goodrich definitely thinks so as well.

I like your story so far, it was a midget difficult reading some places, and your quotation marks were placed awkwardly quite a bit, particular at the very beginning.
It's too early to say if it will have a good plot or not as I don't actually know what is about yet. In any case I want to know.
