Aw, that was sweet, but the ending felt a little rushed. This could easily have been a few chapters long to allow for a gradual build up of the feelings and a discussion at the end about what the choices are in depth. I mean, it's a huge decision no matter what they decide. He gives her the choice but what does he really want? What do they know about each others worlds? You are a good writer so you could easily make an expanded story work.

You and I had the same plot bunny, but mine came through a different tunnel. Hehe. (You even came up with idea of Sarah moving to England - although in my case, she won't exactly have a choice... *dun dun*) I loved reading this story alot. Had an interesting ending as well.

I read this the day after Valentines Day in a few snatched moments of quiet; loved it. Written very well and not over sentimentalized.

Haven't read a labyrinth fic in quite a while, and this was lovely and left me wanting more.
However, one thing sits on my mind-how did she ship the dresser and at what price?-did she travel with it by boat?

Awe. I love this story. Such a touching, magical ending for a true fairy tale. Keep up the writing. I await more.
