it definitely is a rollercoaster reading this fic, but a good one! You definitely made a masterpiece in this one. I do have someone who was coping with miscarriages as well and I can't help but think how brave are all the mothers who have succeeded in coping with that situation!

I've spent a good few months working my way through both this story and its prequel. I just couldn't go without telling you how much both fanfics have meant to me upon just finishing them both.

Everything was perfectly thought out and detailed. Every character written wonderfully. I had to constantly remind myself that every single story event didn't necessarily happen in the actual games. I'd constantly be excited in the middle of my routine day to get back to reading. To me, those are marks of an amazing story. I have no words to describe how much I've enjoyed going on this journey with Cloud and Tifa.

Absolutely spectacular work and thank you so so much for sharing it with us. (Do hope you've enjoyed the Remake now as well, if you've had a chance to play!)

Wow! Just...wow! Your epic saga (and I have to call it that, because "story" doesn't come close to doing this any justice) is outright phenomenal! I felt like I just completed a year's worth of quality reading only from this story and its prequel alone. I was never really too big of a fan of romance, mostly because I've started to hate shipping and all the toxicity that comes with it, but this was good. Really good.

This could basically be the official Cloud and Tifa story. Because it fits them so well. This Is There Story.
It's Sad, its painful, and honestly hard to look at sometimes but its there's. And inside it you see strength, love. and repentance that makes the ugly bits worth all the trouble.

This might be the one time in a long time that I genuinely enjoyed a romance story. Thanks for that, opened my eyes a little to how good these kind of stories can be.

Wow! What It Means To Be Living and In This Cage are definitely amongst my favorite of the fics I've read for CloTi. I LOVE that this story really showed the struggle emotionally and mentally between the two - and you really portrayed it in an understandable and effective way! You are so gifted!

I just found you and I want to thank you first of all. The way you write and portrait and describe everything is such a breeze of fresh air that softly commands you to go inside your everything and reevaluate yourself. When I started reading "In This Cage" I had to read the first paragraphs of the epilogue because I couldn't bare to go through it without a good ending. I never do that but with this, I just couldn't. I was so happy with that Nanaki and Cloud heart to heart inside the Highwind, it was oh so needed. The journey of breaking and mending was beautiful. I really hope to keep reading your stories in the future, whenever that may be. Thank you, blessings to you and your family~

I’ve finally was able to login haha! Anyways what a rollercoaster of a story this was. I went through so many emotions, mostly frustration but it was all worth it in the end.

I’m so happy they had another baby and Denzel made it into this story! I’m also so happy for them, like my heart is bursting. They went through so much, they deserve this ending :’)

Oh sweet Gaia... I can't.. I don't even know where to start. I haven't been active lately so it came as a surprise to me to see this wonderful story come to its conclusion. And what a wonderful ending it was! You made us Final Fantasy gamers/lovers/fans proud! I don't mind the lack of action scenes. You made sure to write down some plots that were forgotten to be included, points like Zack's parents finally knowing of their son's demise, what happened to the now New Nibleheim; you are truly amazing!

From the pacing, the word usage, how well you know 7's characters and story to a T that everything here is so accurate anyone who haven't or had played the games would be so convinced this was Canon! I cannot be more happy how you've ended this. You gave this justice. And I commend you for that. My only curious thought would be what name would you give to the boy? But everything else? Pure perfection.

I hope you continue to write more Final Fantasy stories, regardless what installment they are. So magnificent, you are. Thank you for sharing this with us!
