This pace of this story makes it almost unreadable, it's like I'm reading a summary rather than a story.

The Gogyo Fuin seal messed up Naruto's chakra because it was a five point seal and ut was placed on Naruto's 8 trigrams seal, creating an imbalance. It definitely wouldn't affect Satsuki the same way or even do anything.

Hiruzen abandoning Uzu is impossible, especially with Mito alive and possibly Kushina already there. And please don't say that because it's fiction you can do anything.

The chapter starts off with satsuki wondering how naruto knows her name, then goes on to say itachi told naruto to act like the last in the academy so him and satsuki end up on the same team. Then finishes with satsuki saying naruto is her best and only friend.
Your story is all over the place.
