Good fic

oh, this brings me back. I love the season one vibes I'm getting here. it makes me happy. I love how in character this piece is for that time. we didn't get to see much of the time period in between Walt's accident and the start of season two, so this was a really great scene. it's so in character, too. it's hilarious and sweet and adorable and so very Scorpion. for your first Scorpion fic, this is really, really good. really good. I love the dialogue. I love the, "You win an all-expense paid trip..." and the rest of that line. I also really love the, "But we're all so much better..." "I'm writing you a prescription." "Oh yeah, and I don't have..." "'I can't imagine my life without him.' 'Ralph or Walter?' 'Without all of you guys.'" "You hug me, you hit me..." "Walter wouldn't want you to..." "Cabe once said I was the glue..." and I absolutely one hundred and ten million thousand hundred billion percent loved "To quote the love of my life - not good." OH MY GOD. OH. an then "Wishing Happy was there beside him..." OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. I just...holy shit. ow. my FEELINGS. my...my Quintis feelings. I also really love the few mentions of Toby's gambling. how it was either him sitting and playing video games or going to the casino. I just...wow. this was so good.

LOL This fic was awesome! Toby is one of my favorite characters on the show (Happy is the other one) and this shows the two reasons why - his ability to understand the emotions and motivations of others (the whole genius behaviorist thing) and that he can be such a goofball. So many great lines but I think my favorite is 'What is it with you women...You hug me, you hit me...no wonder I'm so messed up!'

Can out write a second part about when he comes back in or something I would love that!

This was awesome.. the last paragraph really hit a nerve with me, it stunned me how sad that is.. thanks for writing, I haven't got something this good in the longest of times..

This little fic was a slice of perfection! I love the Toby-Paige relationship on the show, especially when Toby's getting his doctor on...every note of this story was pitch perfect. I could actually HEAR the characters saying these lines in their own voices...very well done!

I really enjoyed this story. Thank you for writing it. I wasn't reading Fanfiction when Scorpion first started so I wasn't aware of how anyone presented their interpretation of a different outcome. I've never gotten past feeling that Paige owed Walter an apology for what she said to him during their argument before the accident. At least now I have some closure thanks to your story. Thank you.

Great work with this. I like the idea of those two leaning on each other after that whole mess.
