Please tell me you have not abandon the story?

Hoooooooly crap, this is really good. My nerves are shot, thanks very much. I'm really, really hoping that this is not abandoned! Everything about this is wonderful - you've written every one in character, it's perfectly paced for angst and suspense and despair and hope, the metaphysics are plausible in-universe...just beautiful. Can't wait for the next instalment! Will offer a sacrifice to the muses on your behalf. :)

Again, the deep and underlined abandonment issues with Isaac-and his connection to Scott as both a beta and a friend-made for a devastatingly deep sadness that resonated long after the conversation's ended.

That hopelessness that he had really hit me deep, and without doubt, every other reader who has a beating heart in their respective chests.

Stiles' reaction, that is the entirety of the chapter, was beautifully written and in the context of someone who's just lost a really close friend-or brother, in his case-you could see the tell-tale signs of shock which is common around those who experienced a recent trauma or tragedy. That speaks volumes about how realistic and relatable. That denail? Perfection!

Allison was a bit of a wild card for me. We don't exactly have a picture or a good idea of how Allison grieves in an uninfluenced way-her grieving with Kate was tuned down because of her relationship with Scott and what happened before and her mother's death became a public debacle for Gerard to manipulate her into his side-but the way you've written it was so original and canon that you'd imagine that's how she would grieve if she was faced with an inevitable and accepted death of a friend or family.

Lydia had the least exposure but, despite being a Stiles-centric chapter, her guilt and regret could have matched Deaton's lost of composure. One could imagine Lydia, voice soft and hair damp, eyes bloodshot and voice broken and hoarse from crying.

Her every move spoke of how she blamed herself. And during the time, when she's still exploring and learning about her powers, dawns so heavy because she blames herself on being not enough. Amazing.

Deaton, lastly, was a refreshing character to see so out of character (in a good way). We know Deaton as this composed and collected source of wisdom but with this sudden turn of events? His composure shattered into one quick move? Beautifully written. Shows how much he cares for Scott.

This chapter, though a quite unexpected, is marvelous! The ending and cliffhanger leaves you wondering and wanting for more!

I like how you described Deaton's reaction in these unusual circumstances.
The way yo play with Issac's lack of hope is really good too. An when he finally dares to be hopeful, Deaton explains how dangerous and difficult it will be anyway. XD
I couldn't wait to read what they were supposed to do, just to say: I knew it! (Yup, the summary sort of imply it, but let's pretend I guessed it, okay?)

*Reads the first sentence* Yeah, that moment right after the banshee scream but before Stiles has to acknowledge what happened is the most painful to read, knowing that his hopes are going to be crushed (if I understood the summary, that is).

*Keeps reading, whispering and yelling sad comments, until they find him...* I don't want to look! T_T
I even tried to skip a few lines, then I remembered that angst over ficticious stuff is nice, so I read it and find that he is saying 'I need you' again.

I was sure it would be better to comment once I had read the most recent chapter but I really need to say that: there is no reason to stop two monster if they want to fight to dead. They only meed to make sure there is no more innocents involved. Oh, and what happened with Derek? Does he still have a choice to make or the alphas are to busy with the darach?

I like how Scott did his best to leave a message for certain people, a message that won't make everything even more sad later. Alisson's was great, really.. Sutil, but it will be very clear at the right moment, I guess. The others are really sad, because he keeps making plans for next week and Stiles said he needs him.

And then Lydia is leaving and: Lydia knows! She doesn't know what she knows, but she knows XD

Aren't banshee abilities great to write about? I even got the feeling that is a banshee thing to deliver condolences first, bad news later. I know is not, just... had that feeling.

Of course I'm still reading this story...great chapter by the way. Seems like Stiles isn't ready to let go of his best friend. Anyway, i love this story and I hope you'll end it, and maybe I'll go and check your others stories. Thank you so much for your work and please update soon !
