I love this story

This was actually very good. The romance element was there, but didn't dominate the story. It also addressed something I was wondering myself, was Pyrrha the best teacher for Jaune? I wondered if his attempts to emulate her style or her teaching him to fight like her actually might've hindered him somewhat as much as it might otherwise helped.

Great story and I'm guessing Cardin got his own ultimatum from Goodwitch regarding his behavior. Ozpin and her seems less likely to let things slide just because someone has wealthy parents.

Great job and I loved the interactions between Jaune and Ruby.

That was sloppy in details. I have no idea why Jaune won, or why Cardin was nervous.

A little exaggerated at certain parts. Cardin's records are not of a violent students. Those are from a criminal. Plus no school keeps records as specific as those. It's super unrealistic. Not to mention I didn't see the point of bringing it up. You could have just made Cardin go full serious after that shield bash and skip all the unnecessary subplot of him getting expelled.

The way the tickle scene was provoked is also silly in its own way. We all know what Ruby was about to say but I'm fairly sure that she and Jaune get along so well that she could jokingly tell Jaune she loves him without sounding like a confession. An example would be that very joke of "The Jaune I know and Love". Not creepy, or passionate. Just friendly. Ruby is not a super shy Hinata expy dude. As much as the Lancasters seem to be fixated on that OOC image. The confession was "meh". Felt really cringy and not natural at all. And how Jaune just suddenly comes around and loves her back? There was no build up for his answer.

Check your grammar as well. There were certain times when you repeated the same words over and over again. Goodwitch said "It appears..." three times in the same paragraph.

Something I really gotta praise though was the Jaune and Ozpin conversation. It was super creative and in my opinion the best part of the fic.

This was really good, I admit. Well, it s not like you need to be complemented by me, but I give you all the support and encouragement.

This was so cute! I love Jaune and Ruby! I just wish it was longer...
