So what did I think? This was well written. This seemed realistic. Like if the writers of gabdro wanted to make this show a yuri, i see something like this totally happening. Why? That was because you were able to keep every character, in character. I absolutely love your theory about Raph being that way because she was "not free" in heaven. When she came to Earth, it was like she was able to "rebel" against the norms of Heaven, kind of like Gab. It makes sense. Although i wish the writers had given us more background on Raphiel and why she was so sadistic. But if they ever do a second season, i could see them telling us the viewers that maybe Raphiel's family was strict and when she came to earth, she became sadistic in order to rebel against them. This theory is credited to a youtuber who reviewed the finale episode actually but nevertheless, my point is that i loved how u gave us a reason for her sadism.
And that Satania admitting that she would never be an archdemon... i was not expecting that at all especially for an egoistic person like her to tell that to an angel of all people, a freakin angel lol. not to mention an angel that only toys with her. I just cant see satania admitting that to anyone, not even herself, but this is a fic so I can look past that.
Oh and gabriel trolling satania and telling her she was so fat she cant stand up made me laugh. that's so gab-chan :D
now about the buildup...it was so worth it. as i said before, this is an accurate portrayal of how raphi would express her feelings so brilliant writing there. I enjoyed the invisible chain thing a lot. Your fic stayed true to the anime because we did see some of satania's fantasies where gab was subservient to her and I gotta say...it looked like PG bdsm. maybe if ur gonna continue, u can give us more of that bdsm stuff? it's just an idea but im sure if the writers were reading this, they'd give u a thumbs up for bdsm between raph and sat. after all, they did make raph a sadist, and satania, her toy soo, makes sense imo.
Sorry for the long review and my ramblings. im just happy to find someone else who writes fics about this show
