Dude, that's not fair, to us or to you. If you didn't ask the right question, then you can't accept the answer. And besides, what you want to write and publish is your business, not ours. If you want to take the basic idea of this story and turn it into something you can make money off of, do it. Just keep copyright laws in mind while you're writing.

Really glad to see another update.
Love to see more of this Harry and dinosaurs as well.
On the other hand I wonder if Jarl is not very strong with magic or if there is some other issue holding him back, since having magic in such world is something I would use pretty much nonstop.
Other than that I love everything about this chapter :)

It's your story, mate. If you want to pull it and try and change it up for publication, that's up to you. If you want to keep it a fanfic and keep it tightly tied to the HP world, that's also up to you. Good luck with whatever you choose, and don't let other people's opinions restrict your creative choices! :)

I can't judge for sure as yet, but there seems to be a lot of original content in this fic, and I think it's well suited to being adapted to being a wholly original work and submitted to a publisher. It would need some editing to bring it up to a professional standard (replacing Harry of course and fixing the opening accordingly, tidying up some characterisations, and fleshing out world details a little more richly), but I think it's got a lot of potential and it's well suited to such a task.

I don't read original works online, so it wouldn't be something I'd be likely to read. I like my fics usually strongly tied to their fandoms. Do note that fanfiction dot net doesn't host original works - if you're not looking at publishing it IRL, then sites like Wattpad or Fictionpress would be where you'd look at posting it.

I think you should have been more clear on the direction of the story. Most people assumed you were going to discontinue the Potter universe and focus on this new world. The response would be far more different if you had a poll on it. Great story and looking forward to read more chapters.
