It's really good. And I'm not just saying that to be nice. There are so many authors who ignore the details leaving their writing like a script. You didn't do that you have me a scene I could see not just read. I hope you continue this in looking forward to what you have in store.

You could make it a series of oneshots, not necessarily in chronological order. It would be interesting to see Naruto join Ace's crew eventually - I haven't seen that in a One Piece x Naruto crossover yet. And for messing with canon - Bah! Who cares? I like it.

Its a better insert of Naruto into there lives than most. And i think this is easily the best one attempting this timeline.
It'd be nice to verify that Kurama is still partnered up.
But frankly, it's just a good piece.

Naruto post war is also a beast, and if you continue, which im hoping you will, please make naruto more powerful than he was during the war. Which is very OP in one piece.
