Shizuo's doppelganger sounds like that Russian dude who eventually hangs out with the twins a lot

Ok for a second my theory was that this new saika's powers has the ability to maybe clone whoever it cuts instead control them like og saika's powers. How I came to this crazy theory is that the fact that a lot of the characters are talking about how they got attacked by someone they recognized also the part where the real ren is in the hospital and the fake ren is still moving around and lastly the whole new yellow scars members that happen to speak a secret language. Than again that's just my made that theory through the connection of the pokemon movie you know how once the pokemon are caught they make a replica out of them to fight. Just a theory I had maybe I'm wrong and new saika just has more power than old saika

Bruh you're a good writer you write how exactly the anime is portrayed with giving each character a part of the story and each character gathering clues that lead them towards the plot.

Maybe they have anti-matter weapon. Probably Shizuo or the culprit who upload the pics. Also, Izaya probably fell down and that made Shizuo got arrested or Izaya accidently pushes the culprit and fell down to the ground and accused it was Shizuo who made the culprit fell down OR the culprit push Izaya and fell down and accused Shizuo and Shizuo thought it was Izaya that made him got arrested.
