Thanks for the chapter _. I do have a couple of small criticisms though, imho you're sticking too close to canon. I don't mind following general events, but keeping it so similar all the way down to the arm might be a bit much.
The second is the using "let's have a blue" so frequently that there are multiple instances of it on a single page.
Otherwise I'm enjoying it, and I hope to see more soon. _

Like thousands of others, this story seems to be a simple retelling of Dxd with a different character.

Issei may not be a great character, but what's the point of replacing Issei if his replacement does exactly the same? namely joining the orc only for the harem, snatching Asia from Raynare's claws, kicking Raiser's butt during the rating game (this event is only used to paired Rias with the mc whether it's Issei, oc, Naruto , ...) etc, ...?

Without wanting to be offensive, I don't see why this story is great?

I quite like the story except maybe him forgiving those Raynare and Kala. Kinda stupid of him. Best example if Freed who just continued and has killed many beforehand. Hardly worth it but it's your story and I still like it. And yes he did explain why he would not kill them but will still bite him in the ass later on.

this chapter left me a paper-and-paste impression
as if the Mc was a non-perverted version of Issei.
the fact that you follow the canon only reinforces that impression.

not actually I wanted to cringe literally, the story is too modeled on the original, oc reincarnated as Issei, Oc meets Asia but is unable to save as Issei, Oc kicks the ass of (or kicks her ass) Rise like Issei, ...

oc is still paired with Rias, Akeno, which constitute THE comfortable area of security.

I only have to close my eyes and imagine A NO-Perverted Issei instead of your oc.

he seems to me more an Issei 2.0 (understand improved and without his perversity than anything else).

it may be a great story but it's disappointing that you follow the canon without "real" changes!

Alright read through and it's interesting.

Surprised though you didn't make his combat morph look like the Spawn suit with him also having a unique sacred gear called Infinite cloth/chains. Which is a sacred gear that allows the user to create/use a limitless amount of cloth or chain like objects.

This way you could've had a actual Hellspawn but without the stalker clown/other stuff.

Secondly where's Issei does he not exist in your fic?
