I welcome you to the fanfiction community. There aren't many Trinity Seven fics, so I started one much like you did. The best advice I can give is to just go with the flow, you know, trust your mind. It will piece itself together in your head, unless you want to add something to it.

It's also the first time i've seen someone start it off with Arata and Lilith already together, so points for originality for that.
