This is beautifully written, wonderful job. You captured everyone brilliantly, especially Rodney's ranting complaints and snark, and John's selflessness. I love how you added in the part where Rodney lists people who have the same blood type as John, showing that he does pay attention and that he really, seriously cares about his friends. Thank you so much for sharing this fic.

Thanks for the great team story and Shep whump, I miss stories like this. You had the characters voices spot on especially McKay. Oh, and I loved it when McKay used Ronon's sword and then presumably Ronon sharpening it just to annoy Rodney .
Anyway, I hope you write more, this one really satisfied a need.

Great short story! Wonderful description of their retreat thru the woods and you can do Shep Whump really well! Gosh, I miss this team...but these great stories keep it current coz I can "see" the action through the words! Keep it coming!
