This is dead, right?

Given that this story was progressing fine in the beginning, but has become almost stagnant around the introduction of the second Jaune perhaps putting the story up for adoption, or having it revised where we readers aren't left with cliffhangers could be helpful to this story. Having the second Jaune instead become The Shadow when Salem tried out her Grimm signal on the parasite in Cinder that eventually turned into Jaune's signature Grimm form is an idea. It is already shown that The Shadow doesn't like Jaune, and has even said to him that it desire's control over him because he is weak in it's eyes. Salem's plan to manipulate Jaune isn't going to work because he isn't as stupid as people think he is (already noticing something is wrong with the maids he has), and is able to sense emotions which gives him insight to people around him, along with Cinder very possibly flat out telling him what he wants to know after he fixed her Grimm parasite problem. Cinder has already been entranced by Jaune because of his Grimm abilities due to the Grimm inside her by Salem, so it stands to reason after her saying the new parasite inside her hates when she thinks badly of Jaune that she will eventual either directly, or indirectly tell Jaune what Salem is up to. Whatever the case it is a guarantee that Jaune will not work with Salem long, and eventually will figure out what's going on then turn on her like Cinder said, but what could make things more interesting is if The Shadow was instead in charge along with wanting to do things it's way regardless of anyone else's opinions (Emerald would do whatever it says). Having a vote of whether their should be a revision of this story could prove to be helpful because of the long periods of time where Stormshroud has been absent in this story leaving us reader's on many cliffhangers.

So technically the swords grow harder with blood, just like a boner. Neat
