Very nice build up and impressively accurate portrayal of Snape's character but I was disappointed with the last sentance, it made it seem like she didn't really care about him but was only following orders. Just saying, but overall I REALLY liked it!

that was absolutely brillaint! i usually dont read these kind of short stories, but that was excellent! honestly, the way you developed the plot, the diologue of the characters...all impeccable! you should definately write a novel. i would read it!

Really enjoyed this little story, especially the way Constance understands Severus's motivations . . . er, button-pushing. Any chance you will expand it into a longer story? The upcoming time as an apprentce should have lots of plot opportunities. I would definitely read more.
